- The faculty here are one of the great teachers one can get in this field. The thoroughness of the syllabus is well explained here and the campus is well checked by them excluding any chance of ill-treatment amongst students.
- The infrastructures and joint ventures of SKMCH is improving day by day. The new super speciality wing alongwith other new buildings made are truly making it's campus beautiful. The glory of this college is increasing with time. It is currently the best cure point in the entire region.
Dislikes
- The campus is quite big. Thus a part of land is not maintained well resulting in over growth of the flora as well as the animals within them. However they are quite away from the main campus and the hospital building, they are still a concern for this college.
- Hostel facilities are good here. But few of them do need some renovation works. The college is already into it, but it seems it'll require much more time than that.
Remarks :
The admission criteria are the same as for any other government medical College in the country. We need to clear the NEET exam and then according to the cut-off and merit result, we are allowed the respective seats. One must be present with every required document at the time of admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
SKMCH is one of the best medical Colleges in Bihar in terms of academics. The faculty here are of great skills and students get to learn so much. Semester schedules are followed strictly with exams of serious checkouts. Attendance criteria are also followed here as per NMC norms. The cost of the course is next to nothing as compared to its private counterparts. Also, students can avail of several scholarships as this college is listed on almost every portal.
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet, the internship criteria are such that one must complete the study period of 4½ years and pass each professional exam. Only then do they become eligible for the internship, which is compulsory as it is itself a part of the course.
Placement Experience :
After the 4½ years of the course, 1 year of paid internship is given to every student with a stipend of up to 20k. Afterward, they can even apply for a JRship in the same college with a paycheck of up to 8lakhs per annum. Most doctors prefer to go for higher education i.e. masters and then the paychecks keep on increasing with the post you're on. Overall it is a cascade procedure with i in work load as well as salary credited.
Campus Life :
Life at SKMCH is really good. Seniors are like your elder buddies, and the decorum between the juniors and seniors is one of the best peculiarities here. The annual fest is also held here where even faculties too interact with juniors. Also, events like cricket tournaments or badminton championships, quizzes, etc are held here. The hostel facilities are also good with charges already included at the time of fee payment.

Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is quite outdated. 75% attendance is mandatory to give exams. Faculties are overall good and supportive in ECE branch. Every faculty is well qualified,most of them are phd degree holders or pursuing PhD from a reputed institute like IIT,NITs. End semester Exams occur every 5-6 months.And mid term is held between the semesters. ( One mid term each semester).Exams are quite difficult as it is not an autonomous University.End semester copy checking is not done properly. Improper markings are given to few students.

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
