My course was limited to some colleges which is why I selected this college. The other colleges that have Biomedical is Govt college there is limited seats as I was a lateral entry student. To enter we have an exam separate from ceem lateral students have a Lateral entry test.
My course is electronics and biomedical it is a new course for the college so only first-year, second-year, and third-year batches are available no fourth year so not that placement has come yet. We have 2 internal tests for internal assessment and one external exam for the academic. Compared to pure electronic engineering we have a much simpler curriculum.
The college does not directly give any internship vacancies but recommends other opportunities that are available for use that way we can attend those internship programs. But colleges directly don't provide any internship opportunities
So many placement opportunities are offered by our college but as a new course introduced like our course and we don't have any placement as of now we are sure that we will get good placement opportunities because we are seeing that other branches like electronic communication and CS and EEE are getting placements with good packages.
All language and subject clubs are very much active in the campus and also have IEEE branch that supports and funds any innovations and technologies founded by students or the faculty. Hostel facilities is available for students coming from other state and also have a long distance from the home. Hostel is inside of the campus compound itself and that is so much useful. One of the biggest tech fest among all other engineering colleges is BRAHMA which is conducted by our college and students from all over India participate in the fest
The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that
college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.
I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events, and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects, giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.
There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech. There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary
The faculity is generally experienced and supportive most students are satisfied. With the teaching clinical exposure. Facilities are friendly with the students. Regularly conducts class test and model exam to help students prepare for their studies and university examination. Faculties are high qualified and experienced
Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.
I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
As I'm a first year student I've not got information about the placement but there are so many placement options from South Indian Bank, icici bank and also from companies like deliotte etc The college has connection with many international companies too.
Minimum criteria for placement is for a student with minimum arrears.Even though supply there if you have skill then you will be placed .Amal Jyothi has a better placement compared to other college and is very good
