Remarks :
I chose this college because of the job placement they provide and also the wonderful campus atmosphere. If you have passed your matriculation examination then you can get admission by online registration. You can enjoy your college days as there are a lot of engagement programs like a national service scheme, branch unions, clubs, celebrations, etc. If the college is far from your home location you don't have to worry, as it is a government college it has hostel facilities with low fees. Overall it was a great experience for me to graduate there.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have completed a diploma in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. I choose this stream because of the passion and the future scope. After mechanical engineering, you can see a lot of opportunities. There are 6 semesters within 3 years of the course. During this course period, there will be 6-semester exams. Each semester has two internal exams. The first year of the course which includes semester 1&2 is the basics of mechanical engineering mathematics, and science which is similar to the 12th syllabus. From the third semester, you will introduced to the core of mechanical engineering. Semester 4&5 is a little tough because you will learn a lot of new things. As it is a government college comparatively it has fewer fees and also scholarships like grants are provided which are based on the community you belong to, income, etc.
Campus Life :
SRGPTC has a wonderful campus atmosphere. There will be a lot of programs like freshers day, union day, farewell, valentines day, arts day, sports and games, fests and celebrations. In September there will be an ONAM (a cultural festival) celebration and later in December CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR are also celebrated. Regarding sports and games, there are college teams for football, cricket, handball, and badminton. Candidates from all streams are selected through various selection processes. Also, there are student engagement programs like NSS, SPC, various clubs, unions, etc.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
