- I don't like some of the staffs who doesn't even help us, some of them show partiality towards particular set of students.
- I don't like about the fees. The fee amount is too much. and the main disadvantage is that, dental colleges and bds course have a year back program that will maoe you lose a year or more if you don't clear an exam. There are students not even cleared exam from 2014 or before still struggling to pass the exams.
Remarks :
Admission process: I got selected after the NEET 2018 examination. As I was selected in the allotment. So for admission, you need an average score which might differ each year. My preparation: After completing my 12 th grade exam at 2018, I wrote the NEET UG exam in the same year. I prepared from my home by watching a few YouTube videos as a help. I scored better marks in biology rather than physics and chemistry. Kannur dental college: Good aspects: cultural are given equal importance as academics. There are many cultural programs conducted for entertainment. Mess food is not available hence you can buy your own food. That is an advantage who have to adjust to hostel food. Everyone has different tastes. So it is better that way. Library, food ball ground, basketball ground, gallery, classrooms etc is provided. Bad aspect: staff are average. If you are really good at studies. You won't feel that way. Academics should be improved.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Dentistry is a mixture of art and science. I have loved biology since I was 12. And my hobby is crafting. One who loves crafting will love to work. Dentistry is best for artist. College expenses are a huge burden. Even though I am a merit student still i am paying this much. Not satisfied with the teaching method. As some of the departments won't even give a demo. We study from experiences and experiments.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship of 1 year is directly from college after completing 4 and half years of studies. You will get stipend per month. But stipend is also low in our college compared to colleges in Kerala. You can also join any hospitals for experience.
Placement Experience :
You can get chance to work in any hospitals or clinics or you can even start your own clinic if you can affor it. I am planning for leaving the country as i would love to cherish new places. You can complete the degree and go anywhere you need.
Campus Life :
We have Onam, Christmas and almost all monthly holidays celebrated. That's actually a positive thing about college. This programs are conducted by students itself. We are provided with food in canteen or we can buy from outside so it will not be a problem since we can eat from wherever we need.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
