- uniform cloth quality were bad sometimes, can improve the strict timing of after college so that students can stay back in college for project works and research purposes.
- Can be provided with proper software to view the academic progress and performance of the students.
Remarks :
I applied to this college because I wanted to be a day scholar, not a hosteller. I applied here with my KEAM Entrance rank. The factors I consider this college were the distance from my home, which is at Kollam, around 20 km, easily accessible by public transport but I relied on bike or car and I also liked the college ambiance which was in the side of Sasthamcotta lake. so peaceful and calm. The most important point about this college is that no campus politics is there, which is great and no ragging is allowed. Every year students are so friendly. No need to worry about seniors being arrogant.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I came here for CSE, but at that time seats were full so I had to go with ECE, which I found that EC graduates have as many opportunities as CSE graduates. And I decided to take CSE (python for ML) as a minor degree. The classrooms are good and well maintained, with the labs and workshops with experienced lab trainers. The faculties are experienced and well-trained teachers who are friendly with the students. All we need to do is to study and practice what the teachers say. Internal examinations are conducted twice in a semester and the model exam is conducted before the university exam. The main difference between this college compared with other colleges is here we conduct daily tests in 1st hour every day. one or two questions will be given on the previous day and we need to study and prepare for the test which is so useful for studying and make the Internal exams easy. Also college allows 100% scholarships for eligible students by govt. of Kerala or APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University
Internships Opportunities :
Internships as well as immediate job offers are given by most of the companies hiring. Most of them focus on immediate hiring jobs, but some go for skill training courses and learn new tools and skills which include stipends up to 15000.
Placement Experience :
Campus placements are effectively done here. We had around 15 companies recruited this year. I got placed in 2 of them. No need to worry if you have backlogs you can still get placed with an attractive package and also get enough time to clear them. almost 85% of the students get placed before graduation every year with an average package of 3LPA. Our consistent recruiters include: Qspiders, Tech Mahindra, Livepro, ESAF Bank, Infosys, Wipro, UST, etc
Campus Life :
Campus infrastructure is great our college has 2 main blocks, 3 workshop blocks along with DDU-GKY Skill development campus for students. We have clubs like the National Service Scheme, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre with Career Guidance and Placement Units, Sports Club, and IEEE. students can be part of these clubs and join workshops and events conducted during technical fest or any other occasions. We also have the best in-class library, having almost 100000 books. Programs like technical fest and arts fest are conducted every year in even and odd semesters respectively. Although I wasn’t a hosteller, I know that our warden was the sports head, he was a nice person, encouraged boys to sports every evening and the hostel was maintained well with a variety of food on the menu. as for the girls' hostel was maintained by sisters from the college trust. And of course, PG hostels are available nearby.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
