My view about my College
Remarks :
Yeah, I've cleared KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical entrance exam) to obtain my seat in this college. The college had a good placement background and I was interested in joining NCC(National ), the college has a Navy wing. My preparation for Keam was based on 12th NCERT which helped me to get a good mark in the exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The college was famous among the IHRD colleges and has a good placement background. The faculties are highly qualified and teaching is not bad. But I won't say it's the best option. The academics are scheduled as 4 years comprising 8 semesters. Each semester contains 2 internal exams and a university exam at its end. 6th,7th and 8th semesters include projects and 7th and 8th include seminars too.
Placement Experience :
A placement cell is working in the College to equip the students for the placements and the college is famous for its good placement rate. Many students are placed in companies like IBM
Campus Life :
The infrastructure is very poor. After the COVID pandemic, the fest were also very few. IHRD Tharang 2023 was conducted at the College of Engineering Chengannur in January. The college has an NCC NAVY wing and many forums like IEEE, FOCES, GDSC etc and many other communities. 3 hostels are available for girls and hostel food is not so bad. All the hostels follow a dividing system and the monthly fee will be up to 6000

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
