- Infrastructure is excellent with newly build college campus and under construction super speciality hospital.
- Faculties are top notch who are excellent clinicians as well as academicians. They take great efforts in passing on their skills to the students.
Dislikes
- Distance from the main city. The college is situated on Pali Ahemdabad National Highway .
- Distance from current old Bangur Hospital. It is 7-8km far from college and a shuttle bus is provided to the students for clinical postings.
Remarks :
The admission takes place through the National Eligibility and entrance examination (NEET-UG). The cut-off differs for different categories with the cut-off for unreserved category going around 650 marks out of 670. GMC Pali has an excellent academic wing with dedicated clinical teaching along with hospital clinical postings. Faculty strength is excellent with experienced professors and clinicians to teach every aspect of clinical knowledge. Due to its proximity to jodhpur, it has excellent facilities and connectivity. With a newly built super specialty hospital on the campus along with the old Bangur Hospital, the clinical exposure offered here is brilliant. Preparation for NEET requires proper guidance and coaching which helps in quality preparation. Leading coaching institutes like Allen and Aakash provide excellent teaching facilities. But at the end, it's the dedication of the students that helps him in conquering his/her dreams. Nobody can stop a dreamer.
Course Curriculum Overview :
MBBS is a four-and-a-half-year course followed by a year-long compulsory internship. The faculties in GMC Pali are leading doctors who not only are professors but are also working doctors in the associated hospitals. All the faculty members are doctors who have completed their post-graduation (MD/MS). They provide excellent clinical knowledge. Every year there are two-semester exams followed by a pre-university exam and a year-end University exam. They are all conducted timely following a pre-declared schedule. For government seats, the fee is around 55000 rupees/year while for management seats it is 850000/ year. Students of reserved categories can avail of scholarships offered by the Government of Rajasthan.
Internships Opportunities :
There is a compulsory internship that every candidate needs to complete in the associated hospitals after the completion of MBBS to be eligible for practicing in India. The internship is a paid one with stipend of around 22000/month.
Placement Experience :
There is no placement system in medical colleges. You can apply for Medical officer exams or as a junior resident in a hospital. Those who wish to pursue an MD or MS are required to appear in NEET PG after completing their internships.
Campus Life :
Social life is very healthy in GMC Pali. College celebrates its annual fest DEEPTAM in April month every year. Week long Deeptam gives a break to medicos from their hectic schedule. The college has an indoor sports complex with a badminton court and games room. It has a gymnasium in the hostels which has all the necessary equipment. The college has two volleyball courts, a cricket stadium, a basketball court and kho kho and Kabaddi ground. Every festival is celebrated enthusiastically by students with multiple EDM nights, events, and competitions. There are two hostels each for girls and boys along with three under-construction hostels for interns and residents. Two-seater rooms are allowed during the time of admission. The majority of final-year students live near the hospital in a PG or a rental home mainly in Janta colony/Aadarsh Nagar and Bapu Nagar.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.
