Is gaya College of engineering is worth to take admission?
Remarks :
I face the jee mains exam for admission to this college and my jee mains percentile is 89. College fees are low which can afford anyone and the bad aspects of this college is it can't provide exposure and also a lack of extracurricular activities. The admission process is offline you have to present physically during the admission process in college. Cut-off based on jee mains percentile in this college is around 70 percentile.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose civil engineering because this college is one of the top colleges in Bihar engineering for civil engineering and also it is close to our home district. Generally, mid-sem and end-semester exams are held per semester and the difficulty level is moderate. If you want a scholarship then post-matric scholarships are available for all students. Student credit cards are also available for taking loans for the whole college expenditure.
Campus Life :
There are almost three festivals conducted every year freshers party, farewell party, and annual fest which is conducted in April or in May month. Almost all books regarding your course are available in the library. Classrooms are facilitated with wifi, projector, and whiteboard. A cricket field, volleyball court, and badminton court are available in this college. But sadly no clubs are present in this college. Food quality in a hostel is not so good but satisfactory. The registration process for a hostel is smooth and it is done with the admission process in the college. If you want a room or PG then you have to pay almost 1k to 2k for a single room.

The college has a dedicated Placement Cell that provides students with placement preparation and guidance. Students become eligible for placement opportunities after completing the required semesters and participating in the recruitment process. Around 80-85% of students from my BCA batch were placed. Recruiters during my time included TCS, ICICI Bank and Deloitte. Deloitte also communicated with the College, and some aptitude and interview rounds were conducted virtually. I was personally selected by TCS and received my offers made by each company available to me. The College conducts separate placement preparation after the 4th semester, covering aptitude, communication, problem-solving, resume building company and are mainly related to IT, technical and corporate profiles. After completing my BCA degree my plan is to join the company where I have received my offer and start my professional career in IT sector. Average Package was INR 3.2Lakh and highest was around INR 5 Lakh.

In my clg placemant offer upon your grades or good internship like teir one or teir 2 but most of the olacement are joined by your self and there is nothing to say. If u have good internship, so u defenetely for clg oalcement.

Placements for Mechatronics and Automation are average. Mostly service based and few automation or manufacturing companies visit the campus. Eligibility for placements is usually 60% aggregate with no backlogs. Some recruiters offer roles like graduate trainee, automation trainee and quality roles. Core branch offers are limited. Highest and average package is moderate and depends on company and role. Around 80% students get placed through campus. After completing my degree, I plan to improve my skills, do certifications and try for off-campus jobs in core automation field or go for higher studies.

faculty elected through Bihar government exam. their teacher method is really poor. one mid term exam including of attendance mark and project marks and one external exam 70 marks.exam level is not much difficult.

In BCA department placement are very good for students . Many companies like TCS , mahindra , wipro , and many local companies come in our campus for placement cell for students . Average package is around 4 lacs and maximum package is around 10 lacs in BCA department.

The placement of collage is good as compare to other private collage in Bihar. The year student will appear for placement and sit. So many recruiter are visited our collage like TCS, Wipro , Accenture , Bajaj , Tech Mahindra , and Americana. Near about 500 offer and students get multiple jobs whose percentage is 30. The highest package is 11 lakh as Associate engineer in Americana. The average is 3.6 lakh for data analyst. Near about 80 student get placed in campus of our collage. I want continue my study and complete my master from NIT.
