Likes
- It has a large campus and it has a different building for different departments which make it open.
- The faculties highly qualified and well experience to help students and give us practical as well as theoretical knowledge.
- They are students from Nagaland North side and various parts of India and there is no criticism between students and all are friendly.
Dislikes
- The canteen food is not so good and the tiny premises outside the canteen is not well maintained and not clean.
- Due to the large campus if you want to travel from one building to other building it is a lot to work and you might need vehicle to go.
- There is no proper bus stop near the college we have to walk for 3 to 4 km for the bus stop. The kadamba bus comes only two times at the college during the morning and evening. If you are left early or has to go late college you have to walk from the bus stop to the college.
Remarks :
Our college has a large campus and good faculty members it has different departments for different courses and to get admission you have to take the GCET exam. Our college takes the first preference so you have to be ranked under 2000 and the computer and IT courses are filled first. You can also join from the JEE exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
In our course in civil engineering, first, you have the same subject for all of them ending again you are taught about the basics, third year you get to choose the elective in which you want to pursue your field. We have a well-experienced and good faculty who help students in all manners like studying practical knowledge and real-world knowledge. The teachers will textbooks and projectors to teach some talks that take place in auditoriums and their practical programs conducted to teach us.
Internships Opportunities :
There were some internships offered by the college and the students were free to choose their own company to do their internship. The internships provided by the college involved the private sector and government sector. The internship range from the estimating designing office work and site work in RMC plant or construction building and road and bridge construction. The stipend range from 2000 to 8000 depending on the company.
Placement Experience :
The final-year students are eligible for the placement in the placement starting after the last semester begins. Each year 10 to 15 come to college interviews and around 62 to 65% get placed. They also provide company interviews in which have to go to the office of the specified company. The rest of the students are helped by the teachers to get placed.
Campus Life :
The college has various events in which there are technical and non-technical events. One of the biggest inter-college events organised by our college is happening and inter-department event tandav which takes place every year in December and March. They are events organised by each department which had activities related to the course which help the student grow their skills. There is one main library which has all kinds of books and libraries in each department. The college has all kinds of sports activities and they take part in inter College sports. I am not a hostel student but I have seen the hostel and it is just okay kind of not so good.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed this course because the course covers all the aspect of commerce field . The teaching method and quality is also very good . We have smartboard in every classroom . All the professors use smartboard to teach . We have 3 isa in which 1st one is compulsorly and in 2nd and 3rd isa we get improvement chance which helps us to score better in term exam as the marks of isa are added in term exam .

At the end of the 3rd year Campus placement starts and I would like to tell that many 4-5 star hotel come to campus for placements Like TAJ , Hyatt , many airports companies Lowest package was around 2.5L annually and highest was around 6-7L per annum

Placements and internships are good there are two internship seasons named as PS1 and PS2 which is based on our curriculum. During the past 2 years the placements have not been that great because of the ongoing recession. But still companies are coming with less packages and students are getting placed but frequency is less. My plan after the degree is to get some job experience and then I will try to go pursue MBA.

Great ! You can get it easily in your preferred city/country. There are many hotels which are linked to iihm so interships and placements are easily available in your preference. Good fot that reason.

Faculty are very experienced and distinguished personalities they are very knowledgeable in their fields. The course here is very tough. Scholarship is available in 2 channels 1st is merit scholarship, the 2nd is merit cum need scholarship.

On campus placements are offered every year. The highest package last year was around 60 lakh while the lowest was 8lpa. Out of all the students only one student wasn't placed which gives us almost 100% placement rate. Almost all top companies visit our college including Google, Amazon, Facebook etc.
