Academic and Campus life at VAST
Remarks :
There were no college admission/entrance exams. The admissions are based on your entrance(keam, jee) exam marks. And they will also look at your 12th board's marks. I chose this college because it's near my house so transportation is easy for me.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I wanted to choose engineering as my career. I took civil engineering because I was very curious about constructing buildings, roads, dams etc. The college I chose is one of the best colleges. And currently, as per the new trend, my college has computer engineering classes more than other branches. Even the faculty is also less in other branches we have only minimum teachers to teach us. My faculty has the best-experienced teachers, they make us clear on every topic. They are ready to help us whenever we want.
Internships Opportunities :
The internships are planned by students. We look for internships which give more activity points. The internship I participated in was conducted by Genzee Technologies collaborated with Madeckal Constructions. The class was focused on interior design and landscape.
Placement Experience :
MY college offers many placements and many students are selected also. 3 or 4 back papers are fine for some companies. They will conduct aptitude tests and will go through our resumes also. From that, they select some and interview them. After getting placement I am planning to work for experience and then will look for some other jobs or go for an MBA.
Campus Life :
If you have your true friends with you that is enough for you to enjoy your campus life. 1st year we will have many friends with us and after every year we will only have some friends with us. Semester wise we will have arts and tech. We have a vast library. And every type of textbook is available. We also have a sports day. Variety types of items are there. However, campus life can be hectic when the semester ends due to the submission of projects, reports, and exams.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
