Comprehensive Review of JECRC University: Academics, Campus Life, and Opportunities
Remarks :
No, I didn't face any entrance tests or interviews. The admission was directly based on 12th marks, from which I also got a scholarship of 30 % of my tuition fee. The factors that made me choose this college for graduation are that, the academics were good, and supportive teachers were there my brother also graduated from the same college and was placed in a good MNC with a package of 18LPA CTC. Extracurricular activities are also there which engage me in all activities. So that's why I choose JECRC University.
Course Curriculum Overview :
On course curriculum, there is a variety of courses that you will get whether it could be engineering, law, BCA, BBA etc. Also, I have various specialization courses. On Academics, my opinion is that firstly college exams are held Every alternate month as they cover 1st mid-term, 2nd mid-term and end sem exams also if you do it yourself, only then you will crack all placement exams otherwise it will be a disaster for you. Why I am saying that faculty just teach what comes in college exams? The faculty didn't teach a full course for college placements. Also, the college provides a 3-month CRT program as training for placements. On scholarship and fees, there is a scholarship of 10%, 15% and 20% till now. Also about fee for the new session fee for a b tech CSE core is 2 lakh per year and for the CSE specialization, it will be 220000 per year.
Campus Life :
Campus Life of JU is fabulous, as I discussed above JU holds many extra activities approx. every week and also there is a college fest held every year named " JU RHYTHM " which is 3 Day fest all days that has so many events in various domains could be technical, sports, cultural etc. and in the night on Day 1 it will be DJ night, on Day 2 it will be band, on Day 3 it will be celebrity night. Also, many film stars come to University to promote their movies. Also, colleges have various clubs and communities like Swaraag, GSDC, Coding Ninja, Maverik, JU Socilaz etc.

I heard that btech is no one here for academics and placements for women so its worth it. There are lots of sports opportunities wherever you want you can achieve like horse riding squash etc. theres aviation as well for the girls to fly and achieve their dreams

Yes, students had gotten placements via college in banking and private companies because after completing graduation i also got an opportunity through college but due to some circumstances, i hadn’t got that chance.

You just have to be a student of last year for applying in internship programs and placements. You have to master any skill and then you can get placement. Many small companies helds campaigns in the university and appoint students for job. The average package is around 20-30 per annum. The highest is around 40 to 50 lakh and lowest is around 10 to 20 lakh per annum. 60% of students gets placement in companies . My plans after getting the degree are to master a skill and then apply for a job in a well known company.

I really don't like placement of jecrc bcoz I don't see mt senior going to a great company out campus they are achieving good but in our campus we don't really get into good company they should have increased the number of companies in our college
College life

Campus recruitment training is provided to all course students and it depends on the student whether they want to opt for it or not. After CRT, different companies come to the campus for their recruitment drive.

There is no campus placement here. Students who passed out from here some are finding jobs, some had their good family business and just wanted to get a degree and some started their own startup. College don't provide you any future security.

As every engineering college we get high placements in circuital branches but for non circuitals senior advice to study a particular language , DSA and all to get placements which is somewhere right because chances of circuital branch jobs are high.
