Likes
- faculty and campus life is best part of the campus. the way you can talk freely to anyone is a huge plus point i consider.
- we celebrate all festivals in a very grand way. making basic decorations from scratch.
Dislikes
- infrastructure. there has been some parts falling down due to hevy storms. but now they have removed all the false ceilings and made it better
- the materials you get in the stationary and the printing facilities and kind of in a bad situation here
Remarks :
Nid gives a space for you to think and grow freely without restrictions. it makes you responsible for your work and builds up your curiosity and creativity. NIDMP is such a college. Even though it just started in 2019 and faced a lot of problems of being located in an abandoned region and the condition of the college was very bad, they're trying their best to improve the facilities. The existing faculty is good and supportive. To get into NID, you have to write the NID emails. After you pass, there is a studio test, after you pass that, there is an interview in which they will rank you.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Since they just started 5 years ago, they don't have an amazing fixed course curriculum. but during these 5 yrs, they've observed and changed a lot of things in the courses to make the students think more creatively and work more productively.
Internships Opportunities :
I, as a student inclined towards animation, got an opportunity to work in Studio Eeksaurus, one of the biggest studios in India. and also got to work on the animation sequence in the movie Kalki which was given to Eeksaurus. Got to connect with a lot of professionals and big creative heads.
Placement Experience :
The campus currently has a placement cell that formed recently. but there hasn't been a result of that. but more than you getting shifted to a company, the college makes sure you have a good portfolio that can give you good-level jobs in high companies.
Campus Life :
The facilities are amazing. even though the infrastructure feels a little unstable, the spaces are very clean and well-maintained. we have it lab with 20 antique tabs and, a library in which you can suggest books and they'll get them for you. good mess, very big hostels, an auditorium, a stationary shop, a canteen, a weaving lab, an ID workshop, a clay workshop, 2 big halls. and other small necessities.
Hostel Facilities :
since the campus is very far from the city, a hostel is the only option. the hostel is well maintained and the rooms are big. the mess is comparatively better and amazing on some days, there is regular room cleaning and there's a register in which you can right a complain if there's any problem with your room.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

Most of the faculties are bds or mds graduated and well knowledged. Classes are mainly powerpoint presentation based and seminars. There are 2 internals and one model examination based on which qualification for university exam is determined.

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
