This college has a decent academic background, and scoring a good CGPA is also not very hard if you're looking for a college where you are not burdened too much by cocurricular activities and want to focus on your personal growth using various means this college suits you. The downside of this college is that it is located in a very remote location and for you to hang out with your friends and visit different places you might have to travel for long hours (which for me is not very fun), the attendance criteria is worst you might not feel welcomed when you understand that it's more like a school than the college you had dreamt of.......
The course curriculum is just as same as any other engineering college nothing special. The academic performance is also decent (if you are someone who can put a bit of effort into trying to understand things taught by the professors then you will certainly not face any problems). The faculties are also decent- some teach well, some interact well with the student, some are strict, and all that but equally some are downright bad(not very approachable, always looks irritated). Since this is a private college you get a decent scholarship (a certain percentage of your fees will be deducted based on your 12th marks or your JEE ranks). The fees are also on the cheaper side if you compare it with other colleges with similar NAAC rankings or any other ranking.
Campus life is pretty bland if I am being honest, there's very few universal-level fests where you can participate or just watch as an audience. The campus is pretty big but you will be stuck in the same root loop cause you will be attending classes whether you like it or not(90% attendance to say). I can't tell you much about another branch of college on our campus but in engineering you will get ample opportunities to enter various clubs whether it be of academics or culture or just refreshment clubs, and if you feel down reading there are not many fests in the college the clubs are very active and are always thinking of various plans and activities to keep the students and club members entertained and engaged. The infrastructure is just average you will not find extraordinary stuff which will amuse you, There is nothing to say about infrastructure it just exists and we are just okay but just okay.
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful
There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department
Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
Nice, faculty of my college is very cooperative and understanding. Helps students with their problems and explain concepts in an interactive and interesting way so that concepts should be understood in an easier way.
