Remarks :
First of all, there are two buildings of Oriental College one is the Oriental Institute of Science and Technology and the second one is the Oriental College of Technology if you want to be admitted to the first building then you should have given Jee and if you want to take admission in the second building than it's not necessary to give Jee but good score in class 12th, The good thing is there is a good focus on academics And the bad thing is there is very little focus on extracurricular activities and there is not even a good playground and not even a badminton court, no sports teacher, and if you want to play any game you must have your equipment. This is very disappointing.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Some faculties are we can say comparatively better than other teachers but most of them are non-supporting, don't motivate, they only want students to blindly follow them, and if you oppose them, you will lose your practical marks and assignments mark, no practical knowledge is given
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are not organised in this college but this time we have requested our director to organising the internship so maybe be the chance to internship from this year hope upcoming students will get the opportunity
Placement Experience :
They offer the placement but for those who have good cgpa and have good academics, But regular training and coding classes are held and aptitude classes are also organised, if I do not get the job from here then I will try off-campus
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The first fee that I paid during the admission was registration fee of 5000 of which 1580 was DTE fees from a total of 120000 then for admission I paid 25000 then bus fee was included in it so no extra bus fee you have to pay then 4500 was dress fee 1800 exam fee if the fee is not submitted on time 20 rupees fine will be charged per day till you pay it, for general quota there is no scholarship
Campus Life :
Fest is organised in starting of the second sem if the exam date is not near, if exams are near they can even cancel the fest, very less fests are organised, but if organised they are very well organised.

Placement and job opportunity is good in this college around 60% placed before start of 7th semester and 90% placed till end of 8th semester. Various company like Amazon , tcs , infosys , etc visit the campus. Highest package till now is 44 lpa and average is 6.5 lpa

The placement is quite quite good as year on years recently the placement was goes 57LPA to 75LPA and teh avg was 7-8LPA and median is 10LPA something. The college have 100% placement record every year and they also give grants and loans for students who wants to startup. But the internship support is zero like college are only focused on placement they are not foucing on internship.

I would like to say there are more job openings and internship programmes we had than a private college for both Graduates and Masters students. job openings in TCS/ banks and industries too. The thing is you need to put effort to grab a good opportunity. attain placements opening whenever you got notification from college groups. be prepared. ask your teacher to clear more doubts. However, I am the one who already had a job so I did not take from there because I was working in tech mahindra and its work from home in my favourate feild.

MBBS is concerned there is no issue with placement. As none of the doctors are jobless. And obviously placements are good one can work in well esteemed organization after just MBBS but more people prefer to opt PG course.
