- The college infrastructure was very good and the college was situated in an eco-friendly environment.
- The social life in the college were very good and the students were very friendly. As of the technical and architecture blocks were near, it was easy to mingle with everybody in the institution.
Dislikes
- The college doesnot provide proper placement assistance and provides poor faculty options for our stream.
- The management is very bad and the processes of the management are very awful.
Remarks :
I selected this college through KEAM examination and I selected the course as safety and fire engineering. Toch and our college were the only two colleges for this branch under KTU. Hence, through KEAM allotment I was alloted to this college. Other than that, I didn't face any group discussions or interviews. Management and NRI quotas are also available in the college for admissions.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Actually, I choose this course by my personal interest. I have been told that his stream offers a wide variety of job opportunities all over the world. All the faculties in the college were M.tech holders and would be selected only if the faculties hold the required degrees. However, the faculties of our stream were mainly freshers and lacks proper experience. Due to this, we faced many problems in the period. Sometimes, there were no proper faculties in the institution for respective lectures. Exams in the institution were properly timed and maintained. 2 internal exams were present in a semester. Internal mark distribution were mainly based on these examinations, attendance and assignments.
Internships Opportunities :
I have been selected for an internship program from the college to Bharat Petroleum corporation limited refinery for a period of 2 weeks. The intership was done as safety engineer intern at the refinery. It was a good experience for practical knowledge of the work we studied and the faculties at the refinery were very friendly.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for placement is minimum 7 CGPA overall for the qualifying examinations. But no proper placement were provided for pur stream and the placement assistance were very poor. There were no placement for our stream and I had joined a company by personal interests.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fees for me was 65000 for tution only. Other than that, I had to pay a hostel fees of 34000 per year. Caution fees of 10000 had to be payed to the college for college purposes and a fees of 2000 as caution fees for hostel purposes. I applied to the college through KEAM examination and I payed this fees through KEAM platform. Fees for various students were different from my class due to several reasons. These include management quota, SC/ST, and all. Scholarships like post- matrix are available at the institution and could be used if any.
Campus Life :
The social life at the campus is extremely good. Extra curricular activities were conducted properly throughout the year. Mainly, sports and arts competitions were performed at the institution yearly. Mainly sports competitions were conducted in the even semesters and arts fest were conducted in the odd semesters. Properly stacked library is maintained in the college and availablity of books are also good. Other than these, major social groups like NSS programs are properly maintained in the institution.
Hostel Facilities :
I had opted for the hostel mess in the institution and the quality of the food in the mess is very bad. Sometimes, the hostel food contains irregular substances which we hesitate to see. Registration process for hostel is available at the institution during the admission processes. The hostel expenses is very high based on the facilities which are provided at the hostel. On the other hand, the hostel experiences and incidents with friends and interactions were very good. The only good thing about the hostel is the experience from friends and staying together.

The eligibility according to our teachers is that we have to get the 7.5 above CGPA and the number of companies that have visited and recruited are TCS Wipro et cetera and the highest package will be to 7 and lowest will be 2 lakh my plan after the degrees that I will opt for higher studies and specialised in some specific course like Java and will look for the companies like that

college provide best on their placements , as a part of making college to be best at the era . principal told to our batch that they will provide 50% of placements , i am glad to be in this batch because sometimes i may get a college placement to make an expirence for the future jobs

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) because of my interest in technology, programming, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The curriculum follows KTU regulations and covers both theory and practical subjects. Most faculty members are qualified . Internal exams and semester exams are conducted on time. The difficulty level is moderate to a lil bit high and students who attend classes regularly can perform well.

I choose this course because i have a strong interest in history and understanding past events,and culture and their impact on the present.the course curriculam is well structured and covers both core elective subjects,giving a balanced understanding of historical concepts.

There are few placement opportunities like infosys but we can't opt for high salary paying jobs.I am planning to complete mtech after graduating btech.There are many students with jobs from college selection but I don't like many jobs from college as per their salary

I love zoology.. I want to build my career on this subject. My faculty has phd.. She teaches well.. I could understand all concepts very easily. There are internal exams. I am studying four year fyugp course. So there is only one internal. And then there is sem exms at last. If u study well u could score good marks. Little difficulty
