BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (Hons) at Coventry University is a full time program for 3 years. The program is based on topics of cost estimation, that includes aspects of maintenance cost and refurbishment, procurement, quantification of elements using both electronic and traditional techniques, value management and commercial issues.
