Ganpat University, Mehsana admits students to UG, PG and Ph.D programmes through a university-managed process. Students can apply for courses such as B.Tech and MBA, and the B.Tech application fee is INR 350.

For B.Tech, admission depends on GUJCET or JEE Main scores followed by ACPC counselling. At the UG level, Ganpat University offers B.Tech, B.Sc (Nursing), B.Pharm, B.P.T, BCA and B.Sc (Hons.) programmes. Selection is exam-based for some courses and merit-based for others.

Ganpat University offers B.Tech in 22 specialisations across engineering disciplines. Applicants need the required school subjects and must qualify through the accepted entrance route.

B.Tech Admission Process

Students fill the online form on the admission portal and choose their preferred branches.
Applicants who have taken, or are going to take, the required entrance exam can submit the form.
The university publishes provisional admission offers online as per its schedule.
Merit, branch choice and available seats decide the admission offer.
Students can freeze the allotted branch by paying the required fees, or
They can accept the branch and choose upgradation in later rounds, if the option is available.
Students who reject the offer or do not respond are not taken forward for later rounds.
Final admission is given only after original documents are checked.
Branch choices cannot be edited after the application deadline.

Ganpat University Scholarship 2026

Ganpat University provides scholarship support to deserving and needy students. The university has offered scholarships worth INR 3 crore every year to more than 2000 students.

Saksham Scholarship: Differently-abled students with ≥40% disability and family income below 8 LPA can apply if they are first-year Diploma or UG students. The benefit is INR 30,000 or tuition fees, whichever is lower, plus INR 2,000 per month for 10 months.
PRAGATI (Girls) Scholarship: First-year Diploma and UG girl students in AICTE-approved courses can apply, with a maximum of two girls per family and family income below 8 LPA. The support is INR 30,000 or tuition fees, whichever is lower, plus INR 2,000 per month for 10 months.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana: First-year BE/B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Arch/D2D students need at least 80% marks, while Diploma students need at least 65% marks. Family income must be below 6 LPA. The scheme gives up to INR 50,000 for BE/B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Arch/D2D and up to INR 25,000 for Diploma students.
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (Minority): Minority students need at least 50% marks in the previous examination, and parents' income must not be more than 2.5 LPA. The scholarship amount is INR 20,000 per annum.

Ganpat University Admission FAQs

Ques. Can an applicant still get a chance if their name is missing from the first Ganpat University merit list?

Ans. Yes. Not finding a name in the first merit list does not always end the admission process. If seats remain, Ganpat University may issue more merit lists and may consider eligible students in later counselling rounds, vacant seat rounds or spot admission. Students should keep checking the official website and stay ready for the next round.

Ques. Should B.Tech applicants use JEE Main or GUJCET for Ganpat University admission?

Ans. Ganpat University accepts both JEE Main and GUJCET, but the use of each score depends on the admission category and counselling route. GUJCET is mainly used for Gujarat state quota seats, while JEE Main is usually used for All India quota and non-domicile students. Final selection depends on rank, score and seats available during counselling.

Ques. Are students who are not from Gujarat allowed to apply to Ganpat University?

Ans. Yes. Students from outside Gujarat can apply for Ganpat University admission. They are generally considered through JEE Main scores and must take part in counselling as scheduled. They also need to meet the same academic eligibility rules as Gujarat students.

Ques. How can Class 12 students prepare better for Ganpat University admission?

Ans. Students in Class 12 should first aim to meet the required minimum aggregate marks and build a strong base in the main subjects needed for their chosen course. And very good atmosphere .it is so good .while going campus.

What I didn’t like

No dislikes.because all the things are good in campus
It is soo good and beautiful .I like the college infrastructure.

Remarks:

Yeah..I did so many things like hackathon,some of interviews are there ..and also sometime my faculty was conducting some interviews because we have to build some skills before placements.it will be help us too.

This college has a well standard infrastructure

What I Liked

Faculty teachers are good and supportive.
The campus of my university is big almost every thing is available inside the campus like playgrounds, gym, medical facilities etc.

What I didn’t like

The distance between the collage and the hostel is far.
Sometimes security gaurad become too strict.

Remarks:

I choose this college because of the good environment and placement percentage with supporting teachers and good facilities. I got my seat by giving an interview but now since 2024 the college conducts an entrance test for admission.

What I Liked

We have best faculty and infrastructure with all required pc and faculty We have best campus with all required sports and in campus hostel U can get fresh air all time as it is separate from the city

What I didn’t like

This college is far from City as travelling is difficult for not staying in hostel But we have bus facility also

Guni have best possible environment and infrastructure with best Placement with low fees and offers many course we have international students also it have high reputation in society guni also provide gym swimming pool , sports complex, football ground, cricket ground also

What I Liked

the faculty and infrastructure was very good and the teaching was so excellent ,in campus i like the collage and in campus i have so many liked places like shopping center and etc like that i
in the collage we have a ship for the maraine students i have entered into the ship i felt like i have been present in the original ship and i have enjoyed a lot in that ship very much in collage

What I didn’t like

some places are not nice in the campus and they donot enter a non veg food into the campus and if we want we have to take a permission and we have to bring and timmings aslo i dont like in the collage
and in raining seasons also it very bad because water will stay on roads and after some days it will go and inside rain water we have to walk and its very bad condition to do like that

Remarks:

yes ,i have faced the group discussion of the project of the subject basic electronics the project name is avoiding of obstacles and we have did the project very well and i have writtien a test last time

Great huge campus with alott of facilities

What I didn’t like

Need to walk alot just to get to the building as campus is on around 300 acers

Remarks:

I actually applied through ACPC so that i didnt went through any of those steps but those who went through that they had campus visits then some GD rounds also they had some one on one talk with the admission incharges

What I Liked

I like campus very much is too big with all facilities available. And also faculty.
Faculty is very good and are always helpful

What I didn’t like

I didn't like college facilities for hostel students as college is far from hostel, students have to walk daily 1km.

Remarks:

Taking admission is very easy , they take entry test for admission which is based on your previous education related and related to your field, cut-off is not much high so is very easy for all to take admission.

What I Liked

University is good enough huge to pass out the time in free time
In campus there are Nescafe outlet also And one shopping centre also and three to four atms

What I didn’t like

Some class are non AC and some had And in lab some computers are not working properly
Campus Life is good but there are no canteens nearby to go buy and it

The first factor is that college is not so far from my home and other factor is that there is nothing bad to not to take admission in this college No I didn't face any group discussion but I had meet my friends that have been studying in this college And about written test then I had not given any kind of test the admission process was very smooth

The best college for agriculture

What I Liked

College campus is absolutely great the network and the atmosphere about the college is so so good
Faculty of agriculture is a best faculty of my entire life and I am glad to have that kind of faculty in my life

What I didn’t like

Schedule of the college is not particular my type but still it's good
And the water of the college is also I didn't like but its also are a purifier so it also good

Remarks:

The infrastructure of the college is absolutely good the faculty is good. Aadha course value is also high and they make me convince to take admission in that particular course of bsc agriculture and I am let to have the admission here
