Heaven for agriculture students

What I Liked

Our college have very big campus and campus is full of big trees, flowers, foliage trees. It's look like garden.
Infrastructure is good and faculties are very very supportive for students. Here you can get 100 percent placement.

What I didn’t like

We face a problems in summer because of distance between our college and hostel is so much and any bus facility are not present here.

Placement Experience:

For the placement, companies come and interview students if they are satisfied then they select the students. Those who have a high CGPA, have a high chance for big placement. A few recruiters are Agrostar, IDBA bank, IFFCO, FMC etc. The highest package is 8 lakh and the average package is 3-4 lakhs. I will take a placement after getting my degree.

Remarks:

This college has the biggest college campus out of all other colleges. The good aspect of this college is the big ground, AC in all the classrooms and departments, library facilities etc. I don't feel any bad aspects here. For admission, you need to fill up the form with the application fee. Then merit declare and if you are on the list you can select.

I give this review that I experienced in college and truely from heart …

What I Liked

Infrastrutture: excellent campus : campus life also very excellent in pure air and beat environment ..
Faculty : very helpful and excellent , all staff is very diligent and helpful to students…

What I didn’t like

Campus life : college placed at rural areas so you dont get city life and any urban facilities..

Placement Experience:

On campus many placements are comings but I decided to further post-graduate so I don't apply… min 30/40% of students get placement through the job, and I plan to study in post graduate agri business program.

Remarks:

I got admission to the state agriculture entrance test and on behalf of the merit system based on category vise, I got this junagadh agricultural university college .. not the main campus but a sub-branch of JAU at Motabhnadariya.

Honest opinion on my college

What I Liked

College has very good sports infrastructure from indoor stadium to ground for all the other sports and all the equipment provided to students without any hassle
My college has one of the best class room infrastructure.it is fully modern classroom with smart screen and other equipment.

What I didn’t like

College canteen serving food at the high price with low quality of food.
All three exams take more than 45 days to complete every semester. It gives stress to students if exam structure can reshuffle it will be good

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in this field from my childhood because my father he is farmer. all faculty has done p.h.d. in their respective subject and their teaching methods is good. One semester last nearly for six months. Every semester has mid term, practical and final exam. Scholarship is provided by state government

Remarks:

For gujrati students it gives directly admission based on his board and GUJCET marks on 60:40 ratio. For students outside of gujrat,they have to give national level exam conducted by ICAR. By giving ICAR exam they can take exam in any university in India according to their merit.
