To secure admission into the M.Tech Nanotechnology at AMU Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech. or its equivalent examination in the relevant branch of study with not less than 60% marks in aggregate or its equivalent CPI/CGPA/NAG. OR M. Sc. (Physics / Chemistry/Life Science) with not less than 60% marks. Selection Process: Based on candidate’s performance in GATE (applicable only for GATE qualified candidates with marks more than or equal to the qualifying marks of General Category, valid at the time of admission).
