Computational and Mathematical Engineering - Computational Geosciences at Stanford University is a 2-year full-time program. The program offers knowledge to develop efficient numerical solutions to Earth Science problems with the use of high-performance computing. The CompGeo curriculum covers four fundamental topics: modern programming methods for Science and Engineering, algorithms and architectures for high-performance computing, applied mathematics with an emphasis on numerical methods and computationally oriented Earth Sciences courses.
