Ans: Yes, if your parents come to drop you off, they can stay at the accommodation for one night. There are facilities available for parents.
Ques: Where do I report any issues with my accommodation once I have arrived?

Ques: Will I still have to pay the rent if I am going home for the holidays?
Ans: Yes, you still have to pay rent for the duration of your contract even if you are away on holiday. And since your room belongs to you for the entirety of your tenancy period, you do not have to vacate your room!
Ques: Can I sublet my room to someone else?
Ans: Absolutely not! In case you need to move out for any reason, please get in touch with the onsite team and they might be able to help you find a replacement tenant.
Ques: May I smoke/drink in my room?
Ans: No, all our accommodations are smoking-free zones for safety reasons. You may step outside to the designated smoking areas to light up. As for alcohol, most properties will let you drink in your room and communal areas as long as you do it responsibly and don't inconvenience other residents.
Ques: Are pets allowed?
Ans: No, unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the dorms or apartments of the Arizona State University accommodation.
Ques: Is there a TV in the room?
Ans: Most of the accommodations have TVs installed in the communal areas and in some of the rooms. However, you will need a TV license for your bedroom if you're watching TV live or on-demand, and this will automatically cover the communal kitchen too.
