VidyaVikas: Eaton started this study in Canada grant, coaching, and fellowship program for junior college students called VidyaVikas in partnership with Friends Union for Energizing Lives (FUEL), an award-winning NGO that helps students in 14 states of India plan their careers and learn new skills. Through this project, Eaton and FUEL are helping 150 kids from the Maharashtra districts of Pune, Nashik, and Ahmednagar. The girls make up 79 of these 150 kids.
