Berhampore Girls College Murshidabad offers admission to B.Sc and B.A. Honours and General courses at the undergraduate level. Apart from these undergraduate courses, it also offers certificate courses as well as MA at the Postgraduate level. Berhampore girls college admissions are done strictly on the basis of merit list/marks obtained in 10+2 qualifying examinations. • For admission to B.Sc and B.A general and honours courses under the UG domain, candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination in General or Vocational Stream conducted by the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent examination conducted by an equivalent board or, Rabindra Mukta Vidyalaya, or, National Open School recognized by the Distant Learning Council with a minimum of 40% marks. 
• The eligibility criteria for admission are different for general and honours courses. Candidates must secure minimum of 40% marks in 10+2 examination to be eligible for admission to B.A and B.Sc general courses. The selection of candidates is based on merit. 
• For admission to B.A and B.Sc Hons courses, candidates should have passed the concerned subject in class 12 examinations. To be eligible for the Hons course, candidates must secure a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and 55% marks in the concerned subject for Honours or 50% marks in aggregate and 45% marks in the concerned subject or 55% marks in aggregate in the previous qualifying examination.
