Vasanta - One's Serene Space

What I Liked

The environment is very calm and serene which makes one more concentrated and relaxed thereby resulting in better studies and overall experience of college
The faculty is very supportive and experiences

What I didn’t like

The area of the college is quite interior
The canteen doesn't serve well and we do not have enough options around

Placement Experience:

The college doesn't provide placements but students do have the opportunity to take part in various internship drives and other research oriented programmes as well as vocational courses . The college focuses more on traditional examinations and job opportunities than the concepts of internship etc

Internships Opportunities:

One doesn't have much opportunities pertaining to internships and placement but the college has experiences faculty who on personal levels do help students opt good courses and roles which help them improve their professional skills and knowledge.

Exploring the study of society from the affiliated college of BHU

What I Liked

I like the experienced and supportive faculty, who encourage critical thinking and discussion.
Additionally, the college's infrastructure, including the library and classrooms, provides a conducive learning environment.

What I didn’t like

I dislike the limited extracurricular activities and sports facilities, which restricts students' overall development.
Additionally, the college's infrastructure, although good, lacks modern amenities and technology integration in some areas.

Placement Experience:

I think that there is no placements or job opportunities provided by Vasantha college because it is only affiliated from YouTube and the only benefit which we will get that it is affiliated from BHU and we can get the degree from BHU which will help us in our interview and academic career.

Internships Opportunities:

Yeah I had opted phone in internship by a link provided to us in our group but no update was given after that I didn't get any further update I don't think that this college will give main intensive so in terms of internship I don't think that is college is good.

Review of Vasanta college for women,BHU

What I Liked

Most favourite thing or center of attraction is the river Ganges that you can even see from.the classroom,and the cool professor make it easiest you to survive

What I didn’t like

The college is in very outskirts of varanasi so only thing that I don't like about this college is that only..it take too long to travel

Placement Experience:

No placement is offered from the college,as I am doing masters in english my future is to crack ugc net exam and further do some in academics . Placement doesn't happen in literature subject but the subject such as economic.homescience college gives placement

Internships Opportunities:

No I didn't opt for any internship as college does not provide that much opportunity for that. But the intership I'm subjects like home science or AIHC and painting can be seen . They work in different groups for experience

What I Liked

I like my infrastructure of college.....
I also like my college faculty members..

What I didn’t like

I am not satisfied with my college due to so many reasons.
So many issues like no one can hear any issue.

Placement Experience:

Their is no any placements and job opportunities in my college campus which give employment to the students. After completing the course students have to faces the competitive exam for any kind of job.

Internships Opportunities:

No I didn't have opted for any internship. Their is no derails of the internship opportunities because this facilities is not available in my college campus. It's only have average review and no any opportunities.

My insightful experience at Vasanta

What I Liked

350 acre campus with vibrant flora and fauna
Multicultural people from all acorss the country

What I didn’t like

Leniency towards the curriculum if it is on time
Lack of availability of good pgs and hostels in the nearby areas.

Placement Experience:

Placements and internships are something available to second year students and considering that I am a first you student I have not have much experience with placements or internships however the college does conduct certain programs with allow other University to and all US into their programs.

Internships Opportunities:

Since I am a first year student as mentioned above I have not had the chance to avail for an internship opportunity however from the review of the seniors that I know have a whale search the review is considerably positive.

Vasanta college for women

What I Liked

I love the campus... it's lush green scenery , it's situated near bank of river ganga and you can get the mesmerizing view of ma ganga from the campus .
The teachers are polite, friendly in manner .

What I didn’t like

I didn't like the hostel facilities as they charge quite expensive for it and facilities are okay.
Location is a bit remote as it's in outskirts of varanasi near rajghat.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility criteria for placement is i guess securing . Good marks. In semesters companies like tcs, wipro, infosys Average package offered is 4-5 LPA well percentage of student's getting placement is low

Internships Opportunities:

No i haven't..... opted for any internships yet companies....... like tcs, Amazon, infosys , wipro gives opportunities to.... Students for internships and all . The internships are quite helpful in learning new things and jobs.

Overall a good college.

What I Liked

Infrastructure of the college was good along with proper classrooms.
Campus life of this college is very peaceful and calm.

What I didn’t like

They do not provide enough opportunity for internship and placements.
Professors do not take classes on regular basis.

Placement Experience:

They do not provide any in-campus placement and jobs. However professors used to keep us informed about every upcoming internship and opportunity. They make students capable of industrial setting and provide the required skills too.

Internships Opportunities:

I have not opted for any internship but a few of my fellows applied for that and a few of them got selected too. They did internship in companies like Forage. Because of the humanities subject, there is very little opportunity for internships.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students pursuing BA Economics Hons start preparing for civil services or Government jobs like SSC, UPSC, Bank Po, etc. Some of them also opt to go for master's and other higher education qualifications like MPhil, PhD etc.

My dream college

What I Liked

I like almost everything but the campus area is my favourite one
I also like the study centre because the study center's environment is very peaceful

What I didn’t like

The canteen area is very messy and the food there I don't like much

Placement Experience:

The course I'm doing right now doesn't need any placement..but I have heard that the campus placement here is very good.. the rate of employment after graduation is better after the results of the college.

Internships Opportunities:

No I have not joined any internship program till now but I'm trying to join one... because the teachers have not told us about any internship till now so after the exams I will try to enroll myself in any internship program.
