Campus life is amazing here .. the surroundings here are so peaceful and full of greenery which feels connected to nature and it allows us to think more creatively. The hostel has a curfew around 10 pm so we can’t go anywhere after 10. No nonveg is allowed inside the campus.. very strict rules are followed.

Life on the campus is good but sometimes it’s suffocating. living in the in-house hostel and going to the college but otherwise, the city is amazing and there are other options to stay also. the college has proper hostels out of the campus also for the students who want a city-like life. there are a lot of events and fests that are conducted here. honestly, it’s a lot of fun a perfect balance of work and fun

We have fundraisers and exhibitions put up by each design discipline like jhalak by animation, modus by visual communication, quirky chowk by fashion etc. We have a college fest called viaje in our University. Viaje has games, sports,performances , fairs etc. Apart from this UID also participates in the Ahmedabad Design Week, you get to listen to various experienced people in the design world and work for it's smooth functioning. We have sama- music club, nazariya- photography club, izhaar- dance club, hafiza- drama club, sivaka- fashion club, kalamkash- poetry club. You get into these clubs through auditions and get to participate in fests and programmes.We also have some committees like operation, culturals, creatives etc, these ensure smooth functioning on fests and celebrations in the campus. Each classroom has air conditioning and good amount of space, good and clean ambience. The library has all academic related books but nothing fictional or fun reads.

there are many fest held here but the biggest fest is kugm which is held during navratri and is a garba festival .The library has lots of books and journals on designing and even other subject that are taught here. karnavati does a foot ball ground a volyball court {outside} it even has a badminton court

social life here is quite happening people are very friendly and talking about the extracurricular activities they don’t disappoint back to back some event or something goes on and everybody actively takes part in it that’s a great way to socialise here

Life at campus is vibrant and fun. There is a variety of events that keep happening and campus never looks dull. Library also has a good range of books with nice ample space to sit and read. Campus has nice lush green fields for all sports - cricket, football basketball etc and matches too keep happening intra and inter campus both. There’s a student governing council of which u can be a part and lead in different positions like operations, creatives, cultural, heal the world foundation. Additionally, there are 4 clubs for dance, singing, acting and fashion

One thing about UID is that they offer a wide variety of fest that range from department fest, concerts, Navaratri, Onam, Christmas, prom, DJ nights, celebrity visits, parliament, and a lot of workshops. They never compromise on activities but charge a sum of 5000 every year for the same and the amount keeps increasing every year.

Arguably there's a fest every month, they have viaje in jan/feb, ADW (ahmedabad design week) in feb/march, youth parliament, navratri is a lot of fun, people from various colleges visit our university, there's dance, acting, modelling/garments and music clubs, the library is well equipped with study materials covering wide ranges of excellent academics

campus life is smooth and hustle-free. social life is adequate. there are a lot of clubs like photography, and dance. singing, acting, modeling, and styling. my hostel is very clean and nice, well functional. they are very neat and the wardens are also very sweet. there are a lot of sports here and an ample huge ground.

Campus life is pretty good. The ambience the social life and the events that take place. The food could be better according to the price they’re taking as 1 lakh per year. The hostel rooms could be much better and cleaner
