Pendekanti Law College, formally inaugurated on April 13, 1991, is affiliated with Osmania University and approved by the Bar Council of India. The college is known for conducting regular moot courts, workshops, seminars, symposiums, and interactions with industry professionals, as well as members of the Bar and Bench. It boasts of a highly qualified and experienced faculty, appointed by the duly constituted committee of Osmania University.

The College offers various programs, including LLB, Integrated LLB, and LLM courses. To pursue the three-year LLB course, applicants must have completed their graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution with at least 45% aggregate marks. Additionally, students are required to appear for and qualify in the TS LAWCET exam to be eligible for admission. The TS LAWCET 2023 cutoff for LLB was 3361. The course fee for the LLB program is INR 48k. For admission to the BA LLB program, candidates must have passed their 10+2 examination with a minimum of 45%. In 2023, the TS LAWCET cutoff for BA LLB was 1670. The fee structure for the BA LLB program is INR 80,000.

PLC also offers a two-year LLM program at the postgraduate level, with a total course fee of INR 52,000. To be eligible for the LLM program, applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution. In addition, candidates are required to appear for and successfully qualify in the TS PGLCET examination, to be considered for admission to the program.
