What I Liked

Infrastructure is outstanding and the faculties are too good
Library is excellent and sports ground also super .

Placement Experience:

Its is a well reputed medical college so after course you can join in that team and continue as SNIMS staff. There is no campus recruitment they will engage you to work in this hospital itself with attractive package

Remarks:

Excellent atmosphere and very good teachers . Lab workshops are very good . In competition of course you will get excellent practical experience that is the main plus. Main drawback is bus facility and hotels . If college hostel got then no issues at all. The place is remote village area.

About my college SNIMS

What I Liked

I like the quality and taste of the food provided in the hostel
I like the sports and reacteation club of the college

What I didn’t like

I dislike the timing of the hostel.we have to enter the hostel by 9pm
The parking facilities for the vehicles in the hostel can be improved.

Placement Experience:

The mbbs course does not provide placements. I plan to prepare for the NEET Pg examination after the final university exam and then i would like to get an MD at Trivandrum Medical College. This course also offers more than moderator amount of job opportunities.

Remarks:

I chose this college because it is near my home.I was a day scholar thorught put first year and decided to stay at hostel from the start of second year. The admission is through the all India NEET ug examination. I prepared for the exam for one year by going to Brilliant entrance coaching centre,Pala.

My college my dream

What I Liked

The way of teaching and there friendly nature.
The way they promote the extra curricular activities

What I didn’t like

The curfew timing of 9 pm is too much to bare with.
Some rooms do not provide Air conditioning despite promising air conditioning.

Placement Experience:

There is no placement for this course we have to find out own job. My plan is to pass the final examination at first chance and start to prepare for the PG entrance examination along with my internship. After getting pg in a good college I would go for super speciality.

Remarks:

I chose this college because it is located near me. I have asked about this college to my seniors studying there. They had good view about this college so that my decision was made easy. The good aspect is that they concentrate more on curriculum and they also keep a good balance between the curricular and extra curricular activities.

SNIMS about my college.

What I Liked

I like the sports centre and the extra curricular activities provided by the college.
I love how quality faculties use a small group discussions as a way to teach.

What I didn’t like

I don't like the rule of getting inside the hostel before 9pm.

Placement Experience:

Placement is not considered in MBBS course. We have to apply for jobs by ourselves. The job opportunity is also very high. After the course you could start preparing for the PG entrance examination (NEET PG). My plan after completing the course is to go for Post graduation and get a job in a well acknowledge college.

Remarks:

I chose this college as it is near my home. The main entrance examination is NEET UG examination. There were no interviews.The admission is based on allotment according to your marks.There will be 3 phases of admission.

What I Liked

I like the college life so much.The sports centre is what i love the most
The hostel food is very tasty and is of the best quality

What I didn’t like

I hate the night curfew of 9 pm We have to enter the hostel before 9 pm otherwise strict actions shall follow

Placement Experience:

This is MBBS.Job opurtunities are plenty but we have to put a lot of work on this. After the course i am planning to write the NEAT PG examination for getting admission for a post graduation. You could also write USMLE and work as a doctor in the US

Remarks:

The good thing about this college is the academics and i also discussed with my friends. The entrnce exam Is NEAT As it is a competitive exam the cut of can vary according to the year I have scored 545 marks in NEAT 2019

What I Liked

Well air conditioned lecture halls provided
All high end facilities like smart screen, sound system in classrooms

What I didn’t like

Even a slight work has to done, it will take a lot of time
As it is a private college, sometimes funding for college programmes will be an issue

Placement Experience:

After MBBS we can either go for further studies or can work as a junior resident in hospitals. Most people prefer to opt for higher studies. Otherwise one can join as a junior resident in the same hospital itself.

Remarks:

Coming to why I have chosen SNIMS, firstly because of the reason that apart from learning there is a wide variety of programs that are conducted. Secondly the accessibility to the college. It is located near Cochin International Airport.
