SCBMCH Cuttack offers five areas of specialization for both DM and M.Ch. courses. There are 19 areas of specialization for MD and six for MS in the MD/MS courses. The MBBS content is based five years to finish, however, the super specialization and PG courses require only two years.

  • A candidate for MBBS admission must pass the NEET UG examination and/or the PMT (Pre-Medical Test) administered by the state government. 
  • For DM/M.Ch. admission candidates must pass both the NEET SS and the PMT. Candidates for MD and MS must pass the NEET PG and PMT.
  • For MD and MS admission Candidates must have obtained an MBBS degree from a university recognized by the Medical Council of India.
