What I Liked

I like about the college is the campus the gym and the structure of the college building

What I didn’t like

They have a bad teaching faculty lots of politics in the college student cheat the exam and sir helps them

The eligibility criteria for palcement is minimum 7 cgpa many company visited like Amazon tcs the higest package got was 800000 per year if no campus placement college not helping u you have to find a job after degree

Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Kolhapur is good college.

What I Liked

Faculty is really good at the college. They really support, guide individually every student.
Campus is great, clean and located in good area with all the facilities available around.
Infrastructure of the college is really good, cozy with different labs for each department. Each department has their own laboratories for different subject with well equipped requirements and desktops. Apart from this every type of degree like Law, Pharmacy has their own office, Library and separate campus.
Sports, cultural gathering and ingraual program of each department is celebrated in good way with full enjoyment.
Student council and association is available with change in council done by election.

What I didn’t like

Placements is good but should add more companies to recruit.
Library is vast but only has academic books and should add novels and story books also. Otherwise library is great.

Placement Experience:

Student need to get an average CGPA of minimum 6.5 of applying for the placements. No backlog student can apply for placement. Many companies like tech Mahindra, Chegg India, Justdial, Acmegrade Capgemini visits every year. Companies recrute the students for internship and job as well. My plan after the degree is a good placement in good company.

Internships Opportunities:

Acmegrade, Chegg, Qspider and other companies provide internships at our college. Internships and courses for futher studies along with futher placement is offered by the companies. Also communication building courses, aptitude test training, mock interviews are also done in the college before the actual recruitment.

What I Liked

Very good Campus life of this college and nice infrastructure
Good taste for the Canteen and has large and spacious sports ground

What I didn’t like

Placement management of this college is weak compared to other college
Events organisations of this college is weak

Placement Experience:

Good placement opportunities for final year students ….avg package is around 3-4 lakhs per annum. Training sessions are also held for placement rounds. practicals are conducted in specific laboratories.

Internships Opportunities:

College doesn't provide an internship …students have to choose their way of internship and get certificates.it is compulsory to take certificates of the internship from the second year of the academics.

What I Liked

Campus of this college is very good and it creates peace environment
Teaching and non teaching staff are supportive .

What I didn’t like

Canteen is not good .And all the time snake is isn’t available in canteen
Roads are not good in college campus as many students have been skirt off while riding vehicle

Placement Experience:

In 2023~24no company visited for placement and internship college has promised that there will be 8 companies will Visit for placement till now there is no placed ,there are only 3 to 4 students placed off campus

Internships Opportunities:

No I’ve opted for any intership in this year ,while i’ll be doing in my 3rd year as I required more skills to get a better internship opportunity from others so it will be helpful for me making connections and referral

Canteen Is Not Good And All The Snacks Isnt Available In The Canteen
Roads in college are not that too safe as you vehicle are fallen while driving due to soil

From the 7th semester, students can intern in companies through the colleges and also in the 8th semester students are placed in the companies through on-campus and off-campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Capgemini, Amazon, Infosys, and Wipro visit our college for campus placements. The highest package of our college was recently about 30 LPA but off campus and on campus is 10 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA In our college. My plans our of getting a placement in a good tech company with a decent package

Internships Opportunities:

No I've not opted for any internship there's This year no company visited for placement, but college said there will be 8 companies coming for placement,and you can go for internship in every semester as you are making more skills

What I Liked

The college has a very good campus ,thus we enjoy being in campus and the campus life .The faculty members of our department as well as other departments are also very helpful ,polite and highly qualified in their respective subjects . everything is very good and decent in the college
The infrastructure ,labs,gym of the college is very good providing essential requirements to the students studying here having a helpful staff is overall great in the college.
The events are very properly orgainized in the college providing refreshments to the college and outer students.it plays a big role

What I didn’t like

some programs for overall skill development and clubs should be started by the college which are not there .Students will actively participate in it. this is one of the dislike but positively its a suggestion
Some labs need a good maintainence in the college for some departments.

Placement Experience:

The college has a good training and placement office which helps us by providing information about our placements and training, jobs internships, working experiences, and many more. Many recruiters visit college companies like TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, Accenture, and Wipro as service-based companies are more in the college. The college has an average package of 5-6 LPA and has the highest package of 30 LPA in the Amazon. Most of the students from the college had been placed in good companies.

Internships Opportunities:

I have not opted for any internship program and looking forward to grabbing the opportunity in it, but the college has started some internship programs for third-year students onward powered by upgrades having general test rounds in it.

What I Liked

Campus is great, I really liked the campus.
College faculty is great they really do great work

What I didn’t like

Timings, i really can't suit with the timings.
Not so friendly students, there is totally racism and caste things..

Placement Experience:

We still didn't got any job and internship opportunities but I've heard from seniors, they conduct the placements and many students actually got paid internships and placements, benificial for students..

Internships Opportunities:

Nope, not yet. We are currently at the end of 1st year so still didn't opportunity to grab. I've done off campus internships through in which are really good and got paid from that. To be honest off-campus internships are easy to do.

What I Liked

Faculty especially Cse and Aiml. Labs are very good
Good infrastructure and maintenance. The buildings were made with the help of the Hod of civil department

What I didn’t like

Language barrier. As maximum faculty and non teaching staff uses Marathi it might be difficult.
No good canteen. They shift the contract of canteen every 6 months.

Placement Experience:

As i am in second year I havent done any internship but from what I have leaened from seniors the college encourages students to do internship from 3rd year and they are eligible for placement from 7th sem.

Internships Opportunities:

No I haven't opted for any internship. The college encourages students to do internship from 3rd year. In fourth year maximum students go to internship. College also provides internship opportunities for the students who can't find on their own.
