The college provides good placements for all the students. MBCET is well known for its placement opportunities. Many large companies like Infosys, and UST Global recruit students from college. Above 90% of students get placed in companies at the end of the 8th semester. The students without any failed subjects are eligible for the placements. Overall the placements are really good.

College doesn't provide any internship opportunities. We've to find them ourselves if we have to gain experience. I've done intership at a private firm during my first year of college. And then I've done intership at Kerala water authority and kerala public works department

the internship is mandatory for 2 year and 3rd year and it will be provided from the college or we have to find companies. the tasks will be like we have to do miniproject and listen to the class. The stipend is provided by companies as per our performance and their wish.

I completed my internship in the 1st semester itself. The college offered us the internship. It was at a Yamaha training Centre. As a mechanical student it was great opportunity as we got know pretty much about 2 wheeler engines and their functions first hand. We had to submit a report after the internship.
