At SVKM'S NMIMS Anil Surendra Modi school of commerce, Yes for the first year we have to do NGO internship in the second sem and for the subsequent years too we have to do internship each year which is also awarded credit

The placements are decent. Many MNCs come to the college and also many indian boutique firms. Roles are offered in the domains of finance, marketing, HR, consulting etc. the packages are in the range of 5-24 LPA for undergraduate programs.

My plans after the completion of the course is to get a work experience for one year and then appear for the CAT exam, targetting top 3 IIMs so as to get a good placement and a good degree for my master's in business administration.

I have work with two organisations before namely pawzz foundation and green sole I was involved in the role of fundraising in both the organisations. both of these are non profit organisations. both the internships I have worked in were unpaid.

There are two compulsory internships to be done by the students. The first one is with an NGO after the first year and second one with a corporate firm after the second year. The choice of companies differ with your location.
