I faced a personal interview while choosing The Bengal Institute Of Business Studies as a college in pursuing my Masters in Business Administration degree , i cleared the personal interview round with ease.

The best MBA college in Kolkata though it has a small infrastructure but overall I can say it's a very good college where they provide thorough industrial training which is essential for students. The admission criteria are based on CAT,MAT and CMAT after that personal interviews were taken

The admission process here contains of an interview round and there is not such group discussion but than there is a criteria is 60 percentage and the interview round is not very difficult but moderate.

The main factors for me to choose BIBS was it's fees and placements, even during covid period when not other colleges provided placements BIBS has provided placements to its students. Also the curriculum is upto the level of other premium institutes in India.

This college offers two degrees one is an MBA and the other one is PGPFM it built a dual exposure to a student's knowledge and takes interviews during the time of admission process. In this college, they offer a variety of certifications that will help to build a brighter career.

I'm selected here by interview . There is no other process. For Bengal Institute of technology money is everything. So the interview is basically eyewash. Be aware from taking addmission at bibs. The interview process is just a eye wash
