Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management or IISWBM was established in 1953 in Kolkata, West Bengal. It is affiliated with the University of Calcutta. It is also approved by the AICTE. In 2025, IISWBM Ranking by Outlook was 22nd out of 25 Management colleges. IISWBM offers MBA, PGP, and Executive PGP in Management, research programs, and some short-term courses.

IISWBM Kolkata offers an MBA as its flagship course. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% in the case of reserved categories) in Graduation from a recognized University. The final selection will be based on the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, JEMAT, GATE, or ATMA scores followed by a Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
