DMS IIT Delhi Scholarship 2026

DMS, IIT Delhi offers the Merit-cum-Means (MCM) Scholarship for PG students. Around 25% of PG students with an annual family income of up to INR 4.5 lakh can avail this scholarship.

Selected students receive INR 1000 per month.
Candidates also get full tuition fee exemption (applicable for General, OBC, and EWS categories).
Students must upload valid income proof annually on the ERP portal and maintain a minimum CGPA of 6.0.

PhD students admitted on a full-time basis are eligible for Teaching or Research Assistantship at IIT Delhi. This assistantship is provided only if the student is not receiving any other equivalent external fellowship and is subject to institute norms.
