Check Eligibility:

  • Students need a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate marks across all subjects taken together. SC/ST candidates need 45%.
  • Final-year students waiting for results may apply if they have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course till then.
  • Final-year applicants must finish all degree examinations before 25th June 2026. They must submit proof of passing the degree examination with the required 50% marks by 30th September 2026.
  • Students with uncleared backlog papers in graduation cannot apply.

Important Points Students Should Know
  • Work experience is not compulsory. Still, longer and stronger work experience can add points in the final selection.
  • GD-PI takes place in several rounds, based on the number of applications received. Results are usually announced within a month after the GD-PI round.
  • GD-PI cities are Bengaluru, Kochi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Indore, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Ranchi, Lucknow and Delhi.
  • The final result is usually announced in the last week of May or the first week of June 2026.

XIME Bangalore also offers Ph.D. Management admission. Students need a Master’s Degree or another equivalent Degree or Diploma from a recognised university or institution with at least 55% marks.

XIME Bangalore PHD Admission Process 2026

Students who want admission to the Ph. D programme at XIME Research Centre must fill the prescribed application form. They also need to attach copies of all qualification documents from class Xth to Post Graduation, along with the PhD entrance exam, UGC NET, KSET or M.Phil exam result. A DD of INR 2000 must be enclosed as the application fee in favour of Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Bangalore. Selection is based on academic records, work experience if any, entrance examination marks and interviews held at XIME Bangalore. Fulltime Research scholars can get a stipend as per institute rules.
