What I Liked

Government Engineering College (GEC) Bharuch, established in July 2004, is committed to providing quality technical education. The institution boasts a team of or dedicated faculty members and a well-developed infrastructure to support its academic programs. GEC Bharuch's faculty comprises experienced professionals across various engineering disciplines. Each department is staffed with qualified educators who bring both academic and industry insights to the classroom. General Department: This department includes Assistant Professors such as Mr. Ajay Patel, Mr. Sapankumar Shah, and Mr. Pragneshkumar Dalwadi. Electrical Engineering Department: Faculty members comprise Associate Professors Mr. Vishal Doshi and Mrs. Komal Shah, along with Assistant Professors Dr. Dharmeshkumar Patel and Mrs. Parul Upadhyay. And Infrastructure: GEC Bharuch provides a conducive learning environment with its comprehensive infrastructures. Hostels: Separate well-furnished hostels for both boys and girls .

What I didn’t like

I come from Vadodara, the college is very far for me and every day 3-4 I have to come to college very far away to study and I don't study much. And I don't like the faculty much in college because they only study and they don't get any invitation.hours are wasted in going and coming back, during that time I could study but I don't study very well in college and there is not much trouble in college And the college teacher does not teach very well and just keeps taking attendance and the college is very small there is no place to play anything and I do not like the college environment much because college is very clean and peaceful environment and college is faculty are average and good some teachers are very poor study and student are misbehave to . And college submission time is very boring time in college student have very tense in his face and teacher not talk complete and guide .

Placement Experience:

The placement in college is average or government company comes for placement and the average package is 5-6 lakh and the highest placement is 8 lakh,this year 3 to 4 student have got placed in gnfc is salary approx 19 lakh per year and 3 to 6 student have placed in reliance company,

What I Liked

Canteen food is good. Environment is good.
Faculty members are very cooperative. Give back instantly.

What I didn’t like

Drinking water in the campus, and congestion in canteen
Faculty members are not cooperative if attendence is less.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is there for average students and above. Half the graduated students have a high chance of getting placed in college. The highest package is 15 LPA and on average, it is about 5 LPA. Companies like Adani TCS Nippon Steels visit the campus.

Internships Opportunities:

In the 4 year course, 2 internships are mandatory one in the sixth sem of 2 weeks and the other in 8th sem for 3 weeks at least. 1 project is also mandatory in the course. Teachers help in projects and internships.

Best Goverment Engineering college

What I Liked

Free wifi Higher quality of education Help in acadmic Such a big and beautiful campus .
Placement facilities Library Free acadmic facilities with minimum cost .

What I didn’t like

Best infrastructure IITs faculty Best collage life
Near by station . Campus life is always rock. Canteen facility

Placement Experience:

So many companies are visit for placement. Such big companies are GFL , GNFC , ADANI , RELIANCE INDUSTRY, L&T Etc big companies are always in campus . Year 2024 are going highest package is 12lpa and min package is 3lpa . Median package goes to 5lpa .

Internships Opportunities:

Internship is a part of academic and it will be in 8th semester for 12 week and 7th semester for 2 week . Which is generally find by students according to their comfort and their hometown . Project are also in option with Internship.

All about GEC life .

What I Liked

Classroom and wifi , good faculties , acadmic , gaming .
enough place to play a games and greenary of campus.

What I didn’t like

Distance which are approximately 700m from start to end .
Canteen food which are sometimes not available.

Placement Experience:

So many companies visit every year from different areas of Gujarat, mainly Dahej and Ankleshwar are the main areas of GEC -Bharuch which provides placement from 3Lpa to 13lpa in the Mechanical department. Median salary is about 5Lpa.

Internships Opportunities:

Internships are chosen by our own at our suitable area and industrial type. Some students always select their hometown for the last semester's industrial internship so they can learn from nearby homes .and also they have some contacts so easily complete their last semester.
