To get admission, we have to clear Kmat or Cmat examination.If we take admission early, college will provide training to them at free of cost to clear cmat and kmat exam.Then next process is we have to clear selection process conducted by the college Admission Lot.In this selection process there will be three rounds- Interview with Principal- Each Student will have to clear face to face interview with principal. Rope Game- Students will put into 1 group consist of four members.Here there will one table and ropes tied with magnet. Here coins will be put in corner and the Students should communicate and arrange all the coins to center. Here mainly college is aiming the communication skill of Students. Toastmasters- Here each Students have to talk on random topic in English for 2 minutes. For each 3 rounds there will be separate scorecard. If the Students clear all 3 rounds,then only student will get admission in LEAD College of Management. There is no other written examination.

The college provides internship opportunities mostly in marketing field compared to hr and finance. The companies include ITC AdityaBirla,Aravind Fashions, Decathlon Landmark etc which include aa good stipend. There was a variety selection criteria...people woth 60% above in UG are eligible to apply...the selection process are of 4 rounds...which include personal interview...group interview and also two game round which they test our confidence and leadership quality.

I wanted to do when MBA and when I research about the college I came to know about this college that is college is the best in Kerala and the fees here is also affordable and the quality of learning is high The selection process of this college includes refund activities like group discussion team building communication etc Students are evaluatedon the basis of their performance he or she does And student should be qualified with any of the eligibility test like CMAT CAT or KMAT I prepared my k MAT exam with the help of the college self they provided a coaching for 3days which give me an excellent result in my Kmat exam The rest was on our performance and baby communicate the things they address and the topics they have given where I could perform a great and I was being selected to this college

The good thing that i got from this college is the class time that classes started at morning 8:30 and ends on Night 8:30 and by that we can go to work it’s normal working hours in every company Here we need KAMT Some times

Yes, the selection process was different from others. Initially you have to pass atleast KMAT or any other Aptitude test. Then there were set of tasks like table topic, group task etc. Then there was a personal interview. After these steps only the selection took place.
