What I Liked

Canteen has good food and is very large
The campus has a little garden where people chat

What I didn’t like

It dosent have a huge campus but is manageable
There are only 1 lift per building , quite annoying

Placement Experience:

There are plenty of internship offers, I've heard the placement is not bad. Gotta have best skills and knowledge. I'm a first year student so I know more about about internships than I do about placements I'm planning to do masters

Remarks:

It was recommended by a friend of my mom, her son was studying in the same college and they had some really good reviews about the college. The college was pretty decent looking too so I selected it . The college has only few fest per year , which I like . The admission is taken by both direct means and based on CLAT ,I personally had an interview..I got selected even if I didn't write clat

What I Liked

i like the college geographical location, as it is in center of city which makes the commute easy.
i like the college's active cells which keep having events and competitions

What I didn’t like

i am not very fond of the shops near campus as they openly sell ciggerate.
i don't like that the college hostel ground is not the part of college building.

Placement Experience:

the placements are not up to the mark, as there are no placement drives but instead the rolling placement concept is there in the college. apart from that the internships are up to the mark as the college provides and has a record of 100 percentage intership.

Remarks:

the factors which made me choose this college is firstly that it is situated in the City unlike other colleges which are situated in outskirts. there is one interview and one exam which you have to give for addmission.

If I'm law school

What I Liked

I like the place where the college is situated, it is opposite to Infosys which makes it easier to commute to
I like the crowd of ifim, as there is no ragging or the concept of seniors and juniors

What I didn’t like

I dislike the present faculty of the college as they are new and stubborn to make our life's harder.
I dislike that there is no ground attached to the college which keeps us away from sports

Placement Experience:

The intership cell is quite active and ensures 100% intership, the record has been maintained but on the other hand placements are lacking there is a concept of rolling placement instead of placement drive

Remarks:

There was a written test and an interview to join, the factors which drove me to join college is the faculty present at that time but now the standard has dropped, additionally unlike other Colleges ifim was in middle of the city so could find places to live nearby

Course Curriculum Overview:

Only thing is that I had to take kannada in my 2nd year for one semester otherwise the curriculum is what you expect of all college a mix of bba and llb subjects m we have lifskill and lifestyle to enhance your personality devlopment

Remarks:

The alumni is good and the college has good events and good curriculm and the board is also well known.the scope of other extra curricular activities is good and the clubs also have a unique spin for introverts amd extroverts

What I Liked

The classrooms are spacious and have all the modern technologies equipped for the best possible learning.
The campus is vibrant and has a lot of greenery around it which gives out a positive environment for students to learn and grow

What I didn’t like

The campus can be a little bit conjusted as three institutions run simultaneously, the JAGSOM, IFIM college and IFIM Law School.
The absence of field in the campus does not give and opportunities for people to go and play .

Placement Experience:

The college internship and placement cell works hard all the year to give students the best internships possible for their career. The college has maintained a 100% record of providing internships to students and helping them in their career. For placement the cell works on getting the final year students get assesment internship, which they can convert into a PPO to get their jobs. I being part of the the cell can tell you the college works for the betterment of the students

Remarks:

The college is one the best law schools in Bangalore, and their initiatives with every field in law along with a 100% internships and placement assistance made me choose the college. I had given the general LSAT entrance and not the college entrance so I didn't sit for any interview as such . The college had however planned a month long orientation for our batch which was without a doubt a great way to know my batchmates, seniors, professors and the college.

Review for my college!

What I Liked

I really like the faculty members of our college since they're very helpful
The campus life is good and crowd present is also good.

What I didn’t like

There is not much to dislike about the college.
But a bigger campus would have been better

Placement Experience:

The placement committee works to secure placement for our students. Currently, I do not have much idea as to the placements of final-year students. However, the strength of your CV determines your success.

Remarks:

Written tests, online browsing of different colleges, and personal interactions with seniors and guides help me to choose this college. Browsing through the websites of many colleges and comparing colleges was also one of the means.
