Experience of GDC SOPORE

What I Liked

College infrastructure is very well build, parks are well maintained, reading room and Library has enough seating arrangements, faculty is mostly friendly facilities like clean washrooms and clean drinking water are available as well, canteen makes the social life enjoyable

What I didn’t like

Gate closes at 11 and opens at 2:30 is something i dislike, some faculty can be unfriendly and sometimes very strict

Placement Experience:

As far as I know my college doesn't offer placements and I am preparing for civil services so that's my plan after completion of my course or something that will be in accordance to my liking but college doesn't provide or guarantee placements

Internships Opportunities:

I've not opted for any internship as my college doesn't provide any, there are no such opportunities at my college unfortunately if one wants to do internship they have to find it themselves and no stipend is given either .

What I Liked

Infrastructure is well developed with smart classrooms equipped. And science labs are maintained
Faculty is excellent, cooperative and experienced

What I didn’t like

I dislike the lacking of hostel facility.
I dislike the lacking of transportation facility for students

Placement Experience:

No placements and on-field job opportunities are provided. My plan after completion of the degree program is to either go for a master's degree from a nearby university or I will prepare for a government job interview.

Internships Opportunities:

I have opted for computer learning skills. In this, I can learn basic computer knowledge and aspects. Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word-like basic operations are taught in this internship program. This is affiliated with our college
