The campus is not soo big but in all the prospects its good.they have limited extra curriculum activites. There is no such big festival celebration and other annual function. Overall the management of these things is not good.

There is a sports fest that is organised every year from time to time but It is not that exciting or interesting Clubs are there for namesake and there is no proper remuneration or even teacher to . Sports activities are present but mainly boys participate in them with the exception of basketball which is played by both genders and also badminton

Life of Saraswathi institute of medical science, Hapur is good . In college there are many social pages that connects every students together. Sports like cricket ,football, basketball, vollyball are palyed.

For the first year, it's more like a prison. Infrastructure is not much better. The library is one of the best in pvt college. Their sports week every year (7 days ) our clg support sports. Extracurricular activities like dance and all good scope for them. Hostels are more like prisons for 1st year. Food is good.

Campus is not as such happening but the college provides ample opportunities for the students to join different clubs. These clubs are literary drama social nature etc they provide students a chance to participate in various activities specific to the clubs and events are also organised by the clubs regularly.
