IILM University, established in 2018 under the Haryana Private Universities (Amendment) Act, began in 1993 under the Ram Krishan & Sons Charitable Trust. The university is accredited by NBA, SAQ, AIU, and AICTE. In the IILM Gurgaon Ranking 2024, NIRF placed it in the 101-125 band among 125 management colleges, while India Today ranked it 47th out of 275 management colleges.

IILM Gurgaon offers MBA as its flagship course. To be eligible for admission, a candidate must secure a minimum of 50% in graduation. The selection will be based on the scores in the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or NMAT examination. 25% of seats for admission to the University will be reserved for students of the State of Haryana. The IILM Gurgaon’s MBA fees range from 9.9 lakhs to 12.3 lakhs.

IILM Gurgaon Placement 2020-22 witnessed participation from 400+ companies, reflecting strong industry connections. The highest package offered was INR 20 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 8.6 LPA. Top recruiters included KPMG, Yes Bank, Deloitte, Dalmia, EY, Accenture, Panasonic, Dyson, Gartner, and Scaler, among others.
