What I Liked

I think SOBA is a course if you want to grow more than others. I think the most redeeming part of SOBA is that it not only focuses on theory but also practical projects which helps us. For example we were given 1000rs to start something and make profits by selling anything
The campus life is vibrant and with constant events it never feels dull or boring

What I didn’t like

The campus of the college is not what is expected of it. The images shows glass building of nmims but in actuality we have classes in mithibai building and the campus overall is very small compared to other colleges
The subject which we are taught in the first few summers are not that great and are boring to study through

Placement Experience:

Soba provides us with internships and does provide campus placements for its students. About 95 percent of students were placed in our placements and the name of the companies that came were not disclosed

Internships Opportunities:

As a first year student we have yet to start our internship which start at the end of our term but I have heard from the seniors that internship is provided to all the students by nmims school of soba during the end of their first years

NMIMS SOBA- everything you need to know

What I Liked

the campus is great the library is really versatile the staff is also very welcoming and cogent
you get to be in the best surroundings and the crowd there is also bery innovative so you wont get bored there

What I didn’t like

just mithibai building- the building is good but its always better to get into mukesh patel building at least
nothing more to it/ everything is really nice

Placement Experience:

placements are not guaranteed in nmims soba only- for that you have to work on your own but you get placements rarely- here im talking about students who are extraordinarily talented and hardworking you have limited seats already in the course- there are some 250 seats all together after the degree you have hundreds of options- you have branding, advertising, film making, acting, production, finance managament, accounting, management and many more

Internships Opportunities:

im in the first year so i havent gained much experience yet- but they surely give you 2 internships in a year the companies are great for internships as told to me by my seniors and their projects are interesting and youll never get bored

The placement in this course basically is quite low as of now but we expect this to grow rapidly in the coming 2-3 years as the gentry of this course were never opting for placement as they had their own businesses but now things are changing.
