This course has many positives like how this course helps me develop my soft skills by making me do various projects on a regular with my batch mates, overall being a very interactive course for the students
The faculty is knowledgeable as they can be and teaches us various insights about the subjects. They take more of a practical route and mostly teaches us by taking on various different projects which we get on the regular to help us with the understanding of the subject
As a first year student we have yet to start our internship which start at the end of our term but I have heard from the seniors that internship is provided to all the students by nmims school of soba during the end of their first years

In SOBA fest like parda( A film making fest) and rudra( a sports fest) are the highlights of this course and I had many fun moments with my classmates during these meetings and plannings. The library is a bit lacking with not enough books while sports being given good importance through Rudra event
I don’t live in hostel as many of the students are not given the change due to nmims limited capacity for boys hostel. Instead I live in a PG in Juhu Tara Road which is near nmims but the hostel provides the students with all the basic amenities needed
I haven't reached my placement stage yet but from what I have seen the college doesn't wait until the final year to start preparing students. We have coding sessions, skills building workshops and career guidance from the beginning. Seniors also share their experiences which gives us a better idea of what to expect. I feel the college is helping us build the right foundation for internships and placements. At the same time, I think getting a good job also depends on how much effort we put into improving our own skills. So far I feel I am on the right track
no placement data is present now but many of students are working on their own projects and few are cracked the internships and now currently serving their period on the companies and it's really great opportunities.
The college does have a placement cell. It provides some in campus placements . Rarely 2% students get in campus placements. Rest have to find jobs pn their own. You wi have to do alot of interships and gain practical skills to be placed
Diffrent companies have different criteria, limited companies comes in campus such as bootcoding Pvt.Ltd , and some small companies arrived. Highest package giving by companies is 4 LPA lowest package is 3LPA and average package is 2.5LPA. about 20% of students got placed. Searching a job after my course computation.
