National Institute of Securities Markets, commonly known as NISM, is a public trust established in 2006. It is certified by SEBI and CAPSM. The institute offers Professional, PG, Diploma, and Certificate programs across finance, securities markets, data science, and several related areas.

Among its major offerings, the flagship program is PGDM (SM). For the 2025-26 cycle, the total tuition fee for this two-year program is INR 6.14 Lakhs. Candidates must have completed 10+2 and graduation with at least 50% marks to be eligible. Selection is based on CAT, XAT, CMAT, and MAT, followed by a Personal Interview.

NISM Admission 2026

NISM admits candidates to PGDM (SM) through scores in CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or ATMA, subject to the institute's eligibility requirements. Applicants who qualify move ahead through the prescribed admission process, which includes registration, document upload, fee payment, and merit-based shortlisting.

1. Visit the official website, register, and create a User ID and password.
2. Upload the required documents, including photograph, signature, and category certificates for OBC, EWS, or PwD, where applicable.
3. Pay the application fee through credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
4. Review the form, submit it, and download the confirmation page.
5. The merit list is prepared using the components listed below.

NISM Campus Infrastructure

NISM has a 72-acre campus at Patalganga, near the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, with a calm setting and modern infrastructure. The campus includes a finance library, IT infrastructure, classrooms, a seminar hall, a conference hall, an amphitheater, an ultra-modern auditorium, a multipurpose hall, and recreational amenities for students.

• Library: The library covers 20,000 sq. ft. and houses more than 9400 books. It also subscribes to 7 online databases: Bloomberg, Prowess, Indiastat, EBSCO, EBSCO E-books, Science Direct, and J-gate. Turnitin is available for plagiarism checking.
• Amphitheatre: The amphitheatre is furnished and equipped with seating for more than 1000 people.
• Sports: Students have access to basketball, cricket, volleyball, football, tennis courts, a badminton court, table tennis, a squash court, a fully equipped gym, a yoga or prayer room, a pool room, and a semi-olympic swimming pool.
• Hostel: Separate hostels are available for boys and girls. Each room includes a bed, mattress, table, chair, book rack, cupboard, attached bathroom, and toilet. Laundry and ironing facilities are also provided.
• Cafeteria: The halls of residence serve nutritious and hygienic food in multiple cuisines.
