XLRI Xavier School of Management, Delhi-NCR Campus is a private autonomous management institution established in 2017 as XLRI Jamshedpur's second campus. Located at Aurangpur, Jhajjar, Haryana, it is 25 km from Gurugram. The parent institution was founded in 1949.

XLRI Delhi Admission Process

Admissions follow a centralised process shared with the Jamshedpur campus. Candidates select the Delhi-NCR programme when registering for XAT. EDPs and DBA do not require XAT.

PGDBM and PGDIEV Admission

  • PGDBM applicants require a recognised bachelor's degree of at least 3 years. Final-year candidates completing examinations by June of the admission year may apply.
  • PGDBM accepts XAT, GMAT or GRE. PGDIEV uses XAT and requires a demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, innovation or venture creation.
  • The General category PGDBM XAT cutoff for shortlisting is 96 percentile or above.
  • Selection uses XAT score with 60% weightage, Personal Interview with 25%, academics with 10%, and experience and diversity with 5%.
  • The process includes a Written Analytical Essay, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. GD and PI rounds occur from February to March.

MBA, DBA and EDP Admission

MBA admission follows XAT or the XLRI selection process. DBA is designed for senior professionals and uses XLRI's evaluation process without an entrance examination. EDPs are open-enrolment programmes for working professionals and do not require an entrance examination.

XLRI Delhi-NCR participates in a unified placement process with XLRI Jamshedpur. The combined Class of 2026, batch 2024-26, achieved 100% placement across 576 students, with an average package of INR 31.40 LPA, median package of INR 29 LPA and highest domestic package of INR 59 LPA.

The PPO rate increased to 42.5% in 2026 from 34.17% in 2025. Consulting accounted for 36% of offers and BFSI accounted for 18%. Consulting recruiters included McKinsey and Company, BCG, Bain and Company, Accenture Strategy and EY-Parthenon, while BFSI participants included Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Citi, HSBC and American Express.

Summer placements for the 2025-27 batch recorded a highest stipend of INR 3.50 Lakhs per month at JP Morgan Chase, an average stipend of INR 1.60 Lakhs per month and a median stipend of INR 1.55 Lakhs per month. A total of 583 students were placed at 114 companies. PGDIEV students join the same placement pool as PGDBM and PGDM-HRM students, and separate campus-level figures are not published.

SBI classifies XLRI under its AA category, allowing education loans up to INR 40 Lakhs without collateral for admitted students. As a private autonomous institution, XLRI Delhi-NCR does not provide government-mandated category-wise fee waivers.

XLRI Delhi Campus and Infrastructure

The Aurangpur, Jhajjar campus is 25 km from Gurugram and spans 36 acres. It is fully residential, and PGDBM students must reside on campus with accommodation included in the programme fee.

There are four hostel blocks with more than 400 single-occupancy rooms. Rooms have air conditioning, a study table, wardrobe and balcony. Facilities include a three-floor library with high-speed internet, modern classrooms, XCEED, Xavier Hall, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball court, gym, cafeteria, medical centre and amphitheatre.

The campus uses solar panels, a sewage treatment plant and 24-hour power backup. Its location near the Gurugram-Delhi corporate corridor supports internships, industry interaction and guest lectures. Mess charges are billed separately at INR 6,000 per month.
