XLRI Delhi PGDM-BM Admission

PGDM-BM is XLRI's flagship 2-year full-time Business Management programme offered at both Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR. It prepares students for careers in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Strategy and Information Systems. XLRI interviewed 4,000 to 4,500 candidates in the XAT 2025 cycle.

PGDM-BM Selection Process

  • Pay INR 2,300 for XAT registration and INR 200 for every additional XLRI programme.
  • NRI and Foreign candidates applying through XAT pay INR 5,000.
  • GMAT or GRE applicants pay INR 2,600; eligible scores must fall between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2026.
  • XAT and GMAT applicants are shortlisted by the third week of January 2027.
  • Interviews for XAT and GMAT applicants run from mid-February to March 2027.
  • Select PGDM-BM during XAT registration to be considered for both Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR, without an additional campus fee.

Indian candidates must use XAT for PGDM-BM. GMAT is available only to NRI, Foreign, OCI and PIO candidates. XLRI does not use reservation in shortlisting, has no management quota or direct-admission route, and all registration payments are non-refundable. XAT has no age limit or attempt limit.

XLRI Delhi PGDM-IEV Admission

PGDM-IEV, Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development, is a 2-year full-time AICTE-approved programme exclusive to XLRI Delhi-NCR. The programme accepts XAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT or CUET scores and issues a PGDM degree through XLRI Delhi-NCR.

PGDM-IEV Application Process

  • Take any one of the 7 accepted entrance examinations.
  • Submit the PGDM-IEV application through the XLRI application portal.
  • Upload a Statement of Purpose.
  • Submit a 5-minute business-plan video covering ideation, MVP and traction.
  • Applications are screened first, followed by SOP and video evaluation, then a Personal Interview.
  • Final selection uses cumulative performance across all stages, and admissions are conducted on a rolling basis.

XLRI Delhi PGDM-BM Cutoff

Shortlisting is based on XAT scores. Work experience and academics are considered only when preparing the final list. The cutoffs are the same for Engineer/Tech and Non-Engineer candidates.
