Some aspects of SRM

What I Liked

Infrastructure students can use the library, labs any time when their free
Very affordable food for day scholars and friendly faculty members

What I didn’t like

The campus is so large so travelling between blocks takes time
There are events and culturals but I wish they conduct it often

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of personal interest in data science field. Most of the faculty members are well trained and explain concepts in a easily understandable manner . The semester examination are not tough it's quite easy to attend and score marks

Placement Experience:

I heard they offer pretty good placements students must have over 7.5cgp for placement interview, they should have cleared all their arrears beforehand. Highest package was around 8lpa and the average salary is around 2 to 3lpa . I plan to do masters after the degree

What I Liked

The faculty are very qualified and also provide notes on time.
The infrastructure are very highly modern with well equipped classes and laboratory.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The boom of the technologies make me to decide this course and the assistant professor are highly qualified the curriculum are very precise to the the course which I chooses and with the academics they are also focuses on activities help to make better decisions.

Placement Experience:

The placement is not as per the expectation before joining this college. So the plans after completing the course is to pursue the Master in Computer Applications other than this college in behalf of placement.

Life at SRMIST Trichy

What I Liked

The main thing I like about my college is the labs they have set for us. It's like world class labs which you can find no where in India
The overall campus is good and full of greenery.

What I didn’t like

There's nothing like I dislike about our campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The faculties are very knowledgeable and approachable. They are very open to students. The curriculum is also designed in a manner that you get every drop of knowledge you need to have for the course yob have chosen

Placement Experience:

You don't have to worry about placements. Here everyone can start attending their placements from their 3rd year itself which means you can also get placed in third year and get stipends. Mostly 90 percent of the students gets placed

Life at SRM Trichy.

What I Liked

College Infrastructure, As I said already the infrastructure was way good.
Friendly facilities they'll encourage you on everything.

What I didn’t like

The hostel , the hostel experience was kind of poor
The mess food in hostel, they are pretty bad at sometimes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The quality of teaching is good and it could be better, some of the faculty's teachings are so good and others are not bad, there will be exams for each month. And the exams were pretty challenging.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is excellent, if you have skills and talents you can placed easily also the college will train you They often remind us to do internships and give OD to interns They also promote to go for hackathons and ideations.
