MBBS from a prestigious medical College in Delhi

What I Liked

First of all its location which is placed centrally in the Delhi & the Talkatora stadium which is located just front of the college.
Second thing is the hostel rooms which is provided to us.

What I didn’t like

The only this is current campus size but also our new college building also starts building which is much better from this one.
Sometime there is a shortage of water in our hostel also which is very frustrating.

Placement Experience:

The job opportunities after getting into the medical field are not so much a huge problem. We can get a good job at a very good price anywhere & anytime. It is based on your experience and how much time you have spent in the hospital.

Internships Opportunities:

Our internship starts after 4th year. We will have to do an internship for 1 year after clearing our 4th-year proof. We will have to spend our full day in the hospital & learn and experience a lot of things.

A glimpse of ABVIMS

What I Liked

Being a central government hospital funds and facilities provided to us are far better than any other government medical College
Hostels provided to us are top notch with separate washrooms and all amenities

What I didn’t like

Sports facilities should be improved and separate UG reading room should be provided
There is no specially dedicated UG building

Placement Experience:

There is a mandatory internship for UG students after the completion of the final year for a year in which you will get a stipend of 30k per month. Mostly students pursue PG after MBBS for which there is a separate exam i.e. NEET PG.

Internships Opportunities:

There is a mandatory internship for 1 year after the completion of the final year as per NMC guidelines. It is on a rotation basis in all departments of the hospital. A stipend of 30K per month is given during the tenure of the internship
