Well it depends on what path u choose MD MS DNB Tutorship residency or practising as a general physician and yes it's way better if you have your own clinic because government hospitals aren't always best nad private hospitals have shitty policies
Internships Opportunities:
Mandatory internship after completion so I haven't done anything yet as I'm only a fisrt year student and I plan to opt for post graduation and then I'll decide to join researches, fellowships and rotations
