I am preparing for an internship now. College Is providing training to us for interview preparations therefore the placement process is very systemic at Valia School of Management. Excellent placement team, excellent coordination, and excellent companies visiting campus.

Internships are still in process, we are looking for better opportunities. College is providing the right training and guidance to us for selecting the right opportunity. We are only 60 students therefore the college is using student Student-centric approach to train us therefore it's very easy to final the opportunity.

I have done my internship at Magnum for 6 months in the HR domain. I have learned below mentioned HR role over there. 1)Job Posting on Job Portals 2) screening Candidates profile 3) Profile Shortlisting via taking the first round of interviews over the call 4) If the Profile is shortlisted by Me then share the candidate's profile with the Senior HR. 5) Worked on the Salary structure of employees. 6) Worked on Employee engagement activities. 7) Designed new employee beneficial policy ... Etc. Overall it was a great experience.
